Hi,
this is a "first level" patch to port LVM2 on systemimager (made from systemimager-3.4.0 version).
http://members.lycos.co.uk/righiandr/patch/systemimager-3.4.0-ar.patch
This patch adds lvm binary to boel-binaries and use a 2.6.6 kernel with device mapper enabled.
Unfortunately, for now, to define lvm volumes is mandatory to use the web interface and in particular the perl script mkscript.pl I've done.
In these next days I will try to merge the LVM features in the systemimager perl lib modules (in particular Server.pm if I'm not wrong).
Bye, Andrea.

Thanks, Andrea,
I'll be taking a close look at both pieces soon, hopefully.
If you are able to submit patches against individual pieces of code, for the LVM stuff, that would be great.
Thanks!

Moreover I've done the porting of LVMv2; I mean that you can define, by the xml interface, a partition schema that uses logical volumes. Soft-RAID is currently under construction... and it will be available soon... I hope! :)
The software-RAID should work in this new version

It has not been tested well, for now...
