Category: systemimager-common Group: None Status: Open Resolution: None Priority: 5 Submitted By: Mark Seger (markjseger) Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: Common.pm can't handle out-or-order partitions correctly Initial Comment: When builting autoinstallscript.conf, Common.pm assigns "*" to the last partition on a disk. However, if that is not the last logical partitions but in fact preceeds other partitions with a smaller minor number, the conf file will not be created correctrly. In other words, sda1 could have a size of "*" and sda2 could have a size of 100 if one partitions the disk such that sda2 came first. When the disk is them partiitoned at installation time, sda1 fills the disk and there is no room to create sda2. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=100259&aid=1152338&group_id=259 ------------------------------------------------------- SF email is sponsored by - The IT Product Guide Read honest & candid reviews on hundreds of IT Products from real users.
