Summary: init script for si_netbootmond uses old name

Initial Comment:
The 3.4.0-2 Debian packages include
/etc/init.d/netbootmond, which refers to
/usr/sbin/netbootmond, which no longer exists.

This script should be renamed
/etc/init.d/si_netbootmond and modified to use
/usr/sbin/si_netbootmond.
