Are there any restrictions for checking code into stable branch (3.6.x)
at this moment?
Nope. As long as it's just bug fixes. And when you wrap up your
patches and testing, I'll tag and upload a 3.6.1.
Cheers,
Bernard

Bernard,
My change to discover.rul is in place for 3.6.x and trunk. It should
certainly be tested to verify that it does the right thing, but I have
no reason to believe that it will cause problems. And based
on our chat
with Dann, discover should "just do the right thing" with the .lst
files.
My change was to implement the change that we discussed on IRC. Is
there another patch that's necessary?
With regard to a branch (3.6.x in this case) or trunk: If it's a
feature addition, we put those into trunk. If it's a
bug-fix, we should
put it into the most recent stable branch. Later, we'll go about
merging those bug-fixes into trunk.

included all the pci.lst (pci-26.lst included), I can
probably remove the patch I have for that. I'll need to test
it first but if it works, do I check it into both branch and trunk?
