I generally like to keep them separate, I don't like discussion lists to
be cluttered with commit/bug messages, but that's just me.

Actually I think SourceForge allows you to easily change the reply-to:
bit, I think you are already doing that for the sisuite-devel list -
i.e. when you click "reply" to an email, it actually sends it back to
the sisuite-devel list instead of to the original author of the message
sent to sisuite-devel.

Anyways, just my $0.02.
