Okay, I'd like to see how this turns out and learn from the experience.
Just FYI (you probably already know anyways), there is code skew between
branch-3.6.x, trunk and tag-3.7.0... Do we need to do anything special
to keep track of the differences?
Nope.
SVN will keep track of the differences. When appropriate, we can merge
the changes from 3.6.x into trunk, and also the changes from finley.udev
into trunk.
