I discussed this with Brian previously and it was agreed that if you are imaging 1000 nodes, using bittorrent for boel_binaries, image, scripts, etc. will help. Of course if you are just deploying ~10 nodes the overhead may be too great, and may not be worth the while to use the bittorrent transport. I'd also like to add that what we might end up doing is add support for stand-alone bittorrent transport (if we want to) but the option of running bittorrent via flamethrower is also available...
