si_mkbtimage a daemon so that it can be turned on/off. I don't forsee this to

There may also be a minor bugfix for si_monitortk on x86_64.
Otherwise you might want to give me a day or two to confirm that trunk is
working fine on x86 and x86_64, unless you have already tested that.
