Sure. Just set it up to run a build as a cronjob, using a tmp dir such as /tmp/bli/rpm instead of /usr/src/redhat, and invoke the build with fakeroot. Ie: fakeroot "rpm build command" I've just installed or verified the installation of rpm, fakeroot, and all build-deps. Lemme know if you find something else you need.
