Hi folks,
I'm a newer for SIS installation.
Now I want to use SIS to install a SLES9 machine from a SLES9 golden client.
But run into some issues. Such as UYOK modinfo command can't the modules path from "/proc/modules" and there are not parted binary in initial ramdisk.
My question is if some guys have done sis installation on SLES9 i386 goldenclient successfully. If anyone has any experiences on SLES distribution, please share it with me. It will be appreciated very much!!!
Because I have a lot of machines to be installed SLES9 distribution, I think SIS is a good choice for deploying many machines at the same time.
I have another question. Where the partition tool in initial ramdisk come from??? from golden client? or other somewhere?
