Initial Comment:
I am in a bad spot. My company is hosting several
servers at a remote ISP, and they have very limited
capability. The servers does not have CD-ROM drive,
no floppy drive. We can't remotely boot the box into
recovery mode. Unfortunately switching ISP is not an
option. Whenever they provision a box for us, I have
to spend another day to set up the box to do be the
same as other boxes, and this is no fun. I've set up
a golden client (box A), an image server. And I
followed instruction on
http://www.howtoforge.com/dedicated_server_backup_rest
ore_systemimager but failed . The boxes are set up
with the same partitioning scheme, with the same kick-
start script.

Is it possible to run si_updateclient on the new box
without using other install media (CD, floppy, PXE,
etc) ? If it is, this is not documented.
