Well.. the partitions that don't end on a cylinder boundary is *not* a real
problem, the message is just printed to warn that you could break the
compatibility with the past or old systems.

The no disk device found, instead, is the real problem. Which version of
systemimager are you using? have you tried with UYOK
(http://wiki.systemimager.org/index.php/UYOK)?
