Hi all: I am planning to put some error checking in SystemConfigurator to make sure that ROOTDEV (in /etc/systemconfig.conf) actually exists before it proceeds to modify your bootloader configurations. I believe that with all operations of SystemConfigurator (whether you are running via SystemImager or on a live system) this check should not cause any problems but if you think that it is not the case, please let me know.
