All other file systems are fine

Rootfs / 4%
Tmpfs / 4%
/dev/hda1 /A 33%
I modified script to put comments before and after major sections and
got the before prompt but not the after comment. In addition, if I
manually type the command again I get the same error on the spot.
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated..

that's read-only, it will always appear full - i'm interested in your
on-disk filesystems.
also, what makes you sure the filler-up rsync command is what is
failing, and not another command further down? (you sounded sure, just
want to make sure this is the case).
