First, check the output of sfdisk by yourself, running:
> sfdisk -l -uM /dev/hda (or hdb, or whatever)
This is actually the command SystemImager executes, and you can find it in the file /usr/lib/systemimager/perl/SystemImager/Common.pm (or whereever you installed SystemImager).
This command asks sfdisk to give its output in megabytes (-uM). The problem is that the sfdisk version I have does not give its output in megaytes but in "mebibytes"....
So, what I did was to modify the command in the perl code and change:
sfdisk -l -uM /dev/$disk
for:
sfdisk -l -uS /dev/$disk
This indicates to sfdisk to give its output in sectors, and SystemImager also understand sectors.
(Additionally, if your client is in other language than English, you will need to make some other tricks).
