please provide your 
/var/lib/systemimager/images/<image>/etc/systemimager/autoinstallscript.conf
file - and make sure it is up-to-date (i.e., run mkautoinstallscript).

if it couldn't partition your disks, then that's not surprising.
what distribution are you installing on the client?
