I am trying to use flamethrower to install on machines in a computer
lab. The image is fairly big. When I use flamethrower, it tries to
save the whole image in a tar on tmpfs. I do not have enough ram for
this. I looked at the flamethrower_client function in
/etc/init.d/functions on the initrd image and it is set up to always
copy the image to tmpfs. Is there a reason for this? It seems like it
should try to copy directly to the drive if I set 'TMPFS_STAGING=no';
but there isn't anything to handle this. The 'TMPFS_STAGING' only has
an effect for rsync installs (AFAICT it is only used in the master
script).

Thanks in advance,

Eldon Koyle
