[Sisuite-users] "can't stat /dev/hda"

I'm suddenly getting this error on my si installs.  I've made new images 
and checked the scripts, all looks ok, this is happening on more than 
one client so I don't think its hardware (the machines will run ok if 
installed by other methods).
Anyway the installs fails when it tries to read the partition table 
before it re-partitions.

Maybe I'm missing something obvious?  I hope!
