Could it be that the kernel included does not have any CD-ROM drivers
included? At least I found no such modules, so unless the support is
compiled into the kernel mounting the CD is of course not possible. The
kernel does recogniz the drive as /dev/hdc, at least such a message
flashes by, but there is no /dev/hdc device.
