Hello Jyh-Shyong, Do either of those computers mount NFS drives or have the nfs service active? While I can't speak for SuSE, I've run into several problems with NFS and RedHat Enterprise Server 3.0 U2 and U3 with relation to the image being able to be retrieved. Once I stopped NFS services and ran the prepareclient again (which kills and restarts rsync) I was able to successfully retrieve images. Might be something to check.
