John & list: I have a new kernel available for you to try. The new kernel is the same as the old kernel, but has the latest intel e1000 driver instead of the default 2.4.25 e1000 driver. I have not tested this, so please let me know what your experience is.
If you have a problem using my ISO (possible since I am using 3.3.0 here), try putting the kernel as /usr/share/systemimager/boot/i386/standard/kernel and "mkautoinstallcd --out-file /tmp/sata_i1000.iso". From there, burn the CD as you would normally. Using this method you can use my kernel with any SI base.
