Hey Mark:

Can you change the setting such that after you use SystemImager to
deploy your node, it doesn't reboot?

In that case you can get a console on the node.  Post the contents of
/boot/grub/device.map of the node.  This should be somewhere in /a.

I may have a patch for SystemConfigurator that may work for you.

P.S. Which version of SystemConfigurator are you using?
