So long as the boot loader is Lilo or Grub it should work. You should list the NTFS partition in /etc/fstab so that it will copy properly. (Assuming this is the behavior you want). If you are using a 2.6 kernel and grub you might want to see the archives about if you will experience a bug. The workarounds are to use an unstable systemimager or switch to lilo.
