3.6.3 is unreleased, 3.6.2 is the latest stable version.

If you want the 3.6.3 unreleased/deveopment RPMs, they are available here, so you don't need to rebuild them yourself...

No, i got the same error. Digging into it, it looked like a GPG key
issue and thats as far as I had time for. I asked here, but didn't get
any bites :)
