SystemImager 3.6.2 supports LVM over RAID, but for now it's not possible to clone this particular configuration from a golden client. BTW you can change manually the autoinstallscript.conf and re-run si_mkautoinstallscript. Attached an example that I'm successfully using on a SLES9-SP2...
