Subject: [Sisuite-users] si_lsimage or si_updateclient doesn't show images
Hello all,
I just installed SystemImager on a new
cluster, and I'm seeing an
interesting problem. I was able to run si_getimage
to save my golden's
clients image to the server. I can see the image
in
/var/lib/systemimager/images. However, when I run si_lsimage
--server
SERVERNAME from any machine, even from the server itself, it shows
no
available images. Do you have any ideas why this might be?
This is
with version 3.6.3 on Suse SLES9 SP2 systems/. I had an older
version of
SystemImager working with the same systems, and I never had this
problem. The
only thing I remember being different about this install was
that I had to
install the x86initrd_template rpm, which I don't recall
having done
before.
rsyncd is running on both nodes. Originally, I didn't have rsyncd
running on
the server, and I got a socket error. However, I started rsyncd
and now it
looks like it connects, but it just doesn't see the images. Could
it be some
sort of configuration that needs to be done to
rsyncd?
