Title: [Sisuite-users] 32bit kernel config missing floppy support ,ide is a module
Hi Dave:

Did you actually run into issues?  I routinely image IDE HDs with SystemImager 3.7.3+ and with the standard boot kernel and haven't yet encounter any problems.

Regarding floppy disk support, I believe Andrea checked in a fix into trunk.

Cheers,

Bernard

Subject: [Sisuite-users] 32bit kernel config missing floppy support ,ide is a module

Hi

Downloading the latest rpms from oscar , there seem to be some settings
missing in the kernel config of the
systemimager-i386initrd_template-3.7.3-1.noarch.rpm

ide support is currently a module, so hard drives not detected

[EMAIL PROTECTED] 2.6.9-34.EL-smp-x86_64]# cat
/usr/share/systemimager/boot/i386/standard/config | grep CONFIG_IDE
CONFIG_IDE=m

floppy support seems to be missing

[EMAIL PROTECTED] 2.6.9-34.EL-smp-x86_64]# cat
/usr/share/systemimager/boot/i386/standard/config | grep -i floppy
# CONFIG_BLK_DEV_IDEFLOPPY is not set

Cheers
Dave
