To remove the nc errors, just start the monitor server daemon (/etc/init.d/systemimager-server-monitord start) on 192.168.100.1 if you want to use monitoring features, otherwise just remove the MONITOR_SERVER parameter from the kernel boot parameters (usually in /etc/systemimager/pxelinux.cfg/syslinux.cfg).
