Have you tried to enlarge the ramdisk size? If not, try to add the
following parameter to the kernel boot options:

ramdisk_size=90000

Unfortunately there's not a --append option in si_updateclient (I'll add
that ASAP) to specify a detailed list of kernel parameters. So I suppose
you have to add the ramdisk_size in your menu.lst or lilo.conf (and run
/sbin/lilo again if you're using lilo).
