At my new job we use partimage, sometimes wrapped in a bash script, to do all our imaging.
I would love to convert it all over to SystemImager but for the fact that every computer uses XP, and currently only a few use Linux. However, as all the post-imaging configuration for XP is done with on-boot batch scripts, it might be worth simply having the Windows XP partition partimaged into place after SystemImager does it's thing with the Linux side... Hmmm... I much preferred working on this imaging stuff when I only had to worry about Linux; SystemImager took care of just about everything for me, once I had it set up.
