mmmh... very ugly, you should *always* change the autoinstallscript.conf
in your image:

/var/lib/systemimager/images/<imagename>/etc/systemimager/autoinstallscript.conf

And then re-create the .master script by si_mkautoinstallscript, instead
of manually editing it.

Moreover, remember that you can even specify the size of the partitions
in % of the total disk space. At the very least this would surely fix
the boundary problem. See autoinstallscript.conf(5) for more info.
