Hi Bernard, Thanks for the suggestion. I did try that tmpfs_size option with various sizes but I had no success. I also tried with tmpfs option = YES when I ran si_mkbootserver but it doesn't make any difference. The error is the same as before (out of memory error). I had to change some things in the script for mkbootserver and clusterconfig to work. Maybe Systemimager 4.02 doesn't work out of the box for ubuntu8.04 and needs a little tweaking.
Before trying SI v 4.02, I tried v 3.2.3 which comes with Ubuntu 8.04 and it hanged at flamethrower_client step. The message was "Can't open /var/lib/systemimager/flamethrower/boot-i386-standard" and the error remained even if I put the Boel file into that dir. Thus, I tried 4.02 and getting another error. For v 3.2.3, I used addclients whereas in v 4.02 I used si_clusterconfig -e. I don't think it is giving any problem since the clients gets a DHCP address and few steps of system imager could run. What other things can you suggest to fix that error? Thanks a mil. Phyo Bernard Li wrote: > Hi Phyo: > > On Mon, Jul 7, 2008 at 12:53 AM, Phyo W.
