Based on the information you have provided, I believe there are 2 issues here: 1) Does the standard SystemImager kernel support your natsemi network card? 2) Does your natsemi network card support PXE/netboot? Issue 1) could probably be solved by using UYOK: http://wiki.systemimager.org/index.php/UYOK Issue 2), you will have to read some documentation and/or ask Google.
