I was looking at the documentation for a solution but I couldn't find anything.
What I'm trying to do is run a script during the pre-install, gather come
information, that will
be used later by a script during the post-install.
Obviously I have the script working fine during the pre-install portion.
But the problem I'm running into is having some of the information collected
from the pre-install script
available and used by script in the post-install step.
I didn't realize that the post-install step happens within the newly imaged
client, while the pre-install
steps happen within the ram disk.
Is what I'm trying to do possible?
