Hi, I think you have the same problem I had. The problem is that SystemImager tries to mount the /boot before the /, so the /boot directory still doesn't exists and it fails. I solved it reordering the entries in the autoinstallscript.conf and regenerating the install script. You can also reorder the fstab entries before getting the image.
