Hi Brian Thanks for ur help, But on my golden client it has only / parttion
and swap,   no other file systems. i don't have any /usr/src/kernel
directory in the image, only these 2 directories exist
/usr/src/linux-headers-2.6.31-14 and
/usr/src/linux-headers-2.6.31-14-genecric. I tried to change the
autoinstallscript.conf in to / as big amount of sapce. but still the same
error...
