I am running SystemImager 4.0.2 to try to clone an Oracle Enterprise Linux 5.3 server. The source server has three files, /lib/modules/2.6.18-128.el5/wear-updates/usm/oracle*.ko, that point back to an older kernel directory. The image of this server has both the link and the source file. However, when trying to clone from this image, I get an error after the copy of boel_binaries.tar.gz similar to the issue described in
http://www.mail-archive.com/sisuite-users@lists.sourceforge.net/msg05228.htm l I can get around the issue by mucking around with these oracle*.ko link files on the source server(deleting, copying over the link with the source file), but these are Oracle installation files. Modifying them could cause issues now or later with Oracle funtionality.
