+ On p11 systems with systemd, there is only /etc/locale.conf
+ For the STARTUP command to be meaningful, it must be passed as
an Xsession argument
+ In GNOME, the 'runwm default' command returns nothing, so we
need to get it from /usr/share/xsessions/. To avoid breaking the
old Xsessions behavior, we first try to get
DESKTOP_SESSION by running the 'runwm default' command.
