- Add bcond --enable safec (default OFF): SAFEC Safe1 build is optional;
all SAFEC-specific compiler, flags and library requirements are conditional
- Add -DCIVETWEB_ENABLE_ASAN=OFF to cmake: prevents accidental dependency on
SAFEC sanitizer libraries in environments where SAFEC packages are present

- Fix potential SIGSEGV under compilers with function reordering: add
-DCIVETWEB_THREAD_STACK_SIZE=0 to use system default thread stack (8MB)
instead of civetweb embedded default (100KB). Root cause: 100KB worker
thread stack overflows when function reordering changes code generation
