- NMU: update to chromium/8076 branch (needed by python3-module-pypdfium2 5.x).
- Build with system clang 21, system harfbuzz, without PartitionAlloc
(libpdfium no longer exports malloc/free).
- Replace BuildRequires llvm18.1, lld18.1, clang18.1, clang18.1-support
with llvm21.1, clang21.1, clang21.1-support; add libharfbuzz-devel
and libpng-devel (system libraries).
- Add own library ABI version 0.2.1 (libpdfium.so.0.2.1, SONAME
libpdfium.so.0 kept: new functions added, only the experimental
FPDFCatalog_SetLanguage changed; MAJOR.MINOR.PATCH rule in spec).
