Hi Ian,

From a quick skim, I think it would be important to add a title attribute to the following element:

<option selected="selected" value="W3C By Region">W3C By Region</option>

See WCAG 2.0 Technique H65: <http://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG20-TECHS/H65>.

Sidenote: I'm not sure what the use of the value attribute is here.

Best,
  Shadi

Hi Shadi,

I'm not sure what action to take here:

1) The only form controls on the page are a drop-down menu and a "Go" button
2) The default text of the dropdown menu is 'W3C by region' which also serves
as a label.

What sort of change is appropriate in this situation?

Ian
