www.w3.org site problems

Hi,
I have problems with www.w3.org site. Main web is working just fine, but I 
can't reach several files required by validator.nu:
http://www.w3.org/TR/voicexml20/vxml.dtd
received error, retrying
http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml-modularization/DTD/xhtml-attribs-1.mod
received error, retrying
....
Can somebody check it please?
