Dear webmaster,
I have problem with [1]. When I enter to this site I get pop-up window
(title: Authentication Required, content: A username and password are
being requested by https://www.w3.org. The site says: "W3CACL"). When I
write my W3C username and password, it's displayed the same window. I
write absolutly correct username and password.
It is probably reason why I can't agreed to the W3C Community
Final Specification Agreement (FSA).
