Thanks for taking the time to write.
The correct URI for the WAI-ARIA Overview is
http://www.w3.org/WAI/intro/aria.php (without the trailing slash). That will
give you the page with the style sheet and the links all working.
(We are fixing the problem with the trailing slash from search results.)
