Log:
Move "Volunteer Guides" outline to new page. Add licensing and documentation
bullets. Tweak sidebar to use "About Jakarta" as top
(as most subprojects do), and rename Misc to Project Management. Add licensing and
JSPA position links to FAQs page. Conform use of
term subproject in various pages. Tweak links in Mission page to push people to new
subprojects, guidelines, and contact us pages. Add link
to Proposing a new subproject to Contact Us page. (Sorry, kind of grew in the
telling =:)
