Log:
removed pointless blurb from the top of the news index and also from the bottom
of the 2004/2005 pages. Nobody cares about the 'new' home for news, and we
don't take submissions of news from users. Also removed some broken links at
the bottom of the page (the historic ones), and the jbuilder one as it isn't a
news item but an article on using an older version of tomcat with jbuilder.
