I am in the process, as you may have noticed, of moving the james files to
our own download structure. If you look at the page I setup for
downloading, http://james.apache.org/download.cgi, you'll note that we point
people directly at files to download, or at a directory if we so choose.
The page does not work right now because the directories it references don't
exist, yet. The question I have is whether it should be directly under
dist/james, or if it should be under something like dist/james/server.

Other TLPs:

  http://www.apache.org/dist/avalon/
  http://www.apache.org/dist/cocoon/
  http://www.apache.org/dist/httpd/

In the case of Cocoon, they have cocoon in the top level directory, but then
the lenya project showed up, and it is in a subdirectory.
