recommend that you put the new James config file first, and your own config 
file second.  That way any difference from the new James config will appear 
highlighted in red (cultural warning color), and your changes in green.  One 
tricky thing is that the script only highlights the character text, so you have 
to be really careful to spot color coded XML comments that enable or disable a 
section of code.
