If that includes automatic publishing to the web server, the answer is
absolutely not.  We are supposed to manually review and approve the site.
The site is part of the project, just like code.  But if this means just
publishing to svn, and we still have to manually svn up the site, that might
be OK.  Except that in the even of a recovery scenariom infrastructure could
potentially recover the wrong revision of the site.

If we can do that with automation, why can't we do it without?
