I can confirm that I can build the site.
Questions:
- what do we do about the branding? (I think we need to build our own
branding zip file)
- is the removal of jsieve just temporary? (I think we should incorporate
*all* the James-related docs)
- is it intentional to point to HEAD? (Antora is built to have several
versions simultaneously running side by side)
